In the event you must cancel an appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule you as soon as possible. Please cancel via text or email.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, written or otherwise, will result in a charge equal to the amount of the scheduled appointment. This is an industry standard. I appreciate your understanding!
What can you expect from your first Functional Medicine consultation with Dr. Sandy Ziya?
It starts with a conversation.
Expect your first visit with Dr. Sandy Ziya to last around 90 minutes. Before you even get up on the exam table, Dr. Ziya will sit down with you and have a conversation not only about your symptoms, but about your lifestyle. She will ask questions to identify the root patterns that present as symptoms such as pain, insomnia, GI distress, infertility, anxiety, and much more.
Dr. Ziya will review your comprehensive health history including all organ systems, blood panels, recommendations, and neurological tests. Western and Chinese pulses, blood pressure and body palpitation will assist in diagnosis.
After the initial evaluation and information gathering, Dr. Ziya will suggest a treatment plan that could include any combination of her ever expanding treatment modalities.
