Buyer Beware

Sandy Ziya of Meridians and Marathons on why to avoid buying supplements from amazon

A Cautionary Tale about Amazon…

The monolith that it IS has wreaked havoc for many small businesses, but to be sure there’s a real concern in healthcare.

Less than savory individuals have capitalized on the convenience to order supplements without any physician oversight and extend substantial savings to you, the end-consumer, in the process.

The mere fact that these are offered without physician guidance on dosing, etc. is problematic. The product the consumer has now purchased may have no integrity whatsoever. Further, said individuals may have no license to be selling these pharmaceutical grade supplements.

Please, please, PLEASE refrain from the temptation of convenience and savings from Amazon in particular with your healthcare needs. The product you could be swallowing could in fact be useless, or worse quite harmful, and in the end you would have no recourse.  As we say: caveat emptor (buyer beware)!!

Doctor Ziya is at your side to do the vetting of these companies for you and will only purchase drop and ship DIRECT for this reason!!

Not so Wholesome…

By extension, Whole Foods is not all that wholesome after all. Outside of organic produce, grass-fed meat and some wild caught seafood, they are sadly yet another source of processed foods laden with toxic seed oils.

Commit with me to at least minimize if not altogether stop patronizing the overpriced facade of a less than “wholesome” food source. Grow our own; support local farms.

Double win — just say yes!

Yours in health
~ Doctor Ziya
